And somewhere along the way, Koru & Crust Pie Co. was born.

Inspired by the hot savoury pies we know and love from New Zealand, we wanted to bring a little taste of home to Niagara — golden buttery pastry, generous fillings and a proper good pie in your hands. 

Today, we make our pies, sausage rolls and baked treats right here in Niagara-on-the-Lake, while also stocking a few great products from local makers we’ve met along the way.

We’re still a young bakery, so there’s always something new coming out of the kitchen. New flavours, new treats and plenty of taste testing.
